Summer Sale
Please note that all items purchased during our summer sale are final sale. Our garments range from brand new to gently used, and there may be minor imperfections such as missing sequins or beads on the dresses. If you would like to inspect an item more closely, we offer in-person showings or video calls upon request. Simply email us to schedule an appointment. Once a transaction has been completed, no returns or exchanges are allowed.
Rental Period
You agree to reserve and rent your item(s) for the purchased duration. If you wish to extend your rental period, please notify Fabuluxxe immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request but can not guarantee anything. In the case of an extended rental period, additional fees must be settled by the end of the day. Failure to make payment will result in cancellation of the extended rental period.
Rental Fees and Payment
You agree to pay the security deposit and rental fee in full prior to the start of the rental period. In the event of any late payment, Fabuluxxe reserves the right to charge the customer a late fee (unique to each item). Payment must be made by e-transfer, credit card or cash.
Security Deposit
A 30% security deposit of the rental fee must be made, on top of the listed rental fee prior to the start of the rental period. The security deposit shall be fully refunded to you, upon the return of the rented items in their original condition. In the event of any loss or damage to the rented items, the security deposit will be forfeited to Fabuluxxe, and further action may be taken.
Use and Care of Rental Items
Once in your possession, you agree to take good care and treat your item(s) with respect. You shall use the rented items for personal use only and return them to Fabuluxxe in their original condition, on or prior to the final date of the rental period.
Loss and Damage
We understand that normal wear and tear will occur, however you are responsible for any loss or damage to the rented items while in your possession. Upon receiving the item(s), you will carefully inspect for potential existing damages, and take photographic evidence of the condition of the item(s) received. In the event of any loss or damage to the item(s) I must notify Fabuluxxe immediately and fill out a Damage form. I understand if I fail to notify Fabuluxxe, I will be charged for the damage of the item(s).
In the case of a lost item, renter will be charged the full retail price of the item. As we are a rental store, this ensures that we can keep our subsequent orders.
Optional Rental Insurance
Any MINOR rips, tears or damage to the rented item(s) are covered by our Rental Insurance, should you choose to purchase it for an additional charge before checkout. In the event that damage occurs and Rental Insurance was not previously purchased, you will forfeit the security deposit, and be subject to further expenses. Any items returned stained or damaged beyond repair will be charged at full retail value, in addition to any rental fees already paid. The additional Rental Insurance does not cover loss of the item or irreparable damages.
Cancellation and Late Fees
We accept cancellations up to 24 hours before your scheduled pick up time. For orders that require shipping, we accept cancellations up until the order has been shipped.
Late returns are subject to a late fee charge unique to each item; which is based per item, per day and are strictly enforced, with no exceptions. As our business requires scheduling, late returns prevent us from getting the item ready for the next renter in time.
Items that are late for longer than 3 days past the end date of the rental period, will be charged the full retail value of the item, in addition to any applicable late fees. If you know that you are unable to return the item on time, we recommend selecting an extended rental period prior to checkout.
Returning Your Items
At the end of the rental period, Renter is responsible for returning the Rented Items to Fabuluxxe in their original condition. Renter has two options for returning the items: drop off or shipping.
For drop off, Renter must drop the item(s) back to our location, during store hours, prior to the end of the rental period. If the end rental date falls on a weekend, renter must schedule a drop off time with Fabuluxxe by calling or emailing us 24 hours before the end of the rental period.
For shipping, Renter shall pack the Rented Items securely and ship them back to Fabuluxxe at our location(86 Moyal Court, Concord, ON, L4K4R8). Renter shall use a shipping method that includes tracking and insurance to ensure that the Rented Items are returned safely.
Upon receipt of the Rented Items, Fabuluxxe shall inspect them for any damage or loss. If the Rented Items are returned in their original condition, normal wear and tear excepted, Fabuluxxe shall refund the security deposit to Renter within 5 business days of receipt of the Rented Items.
If the Rented Items are not returned in their original condition, Renter forfeits the security deposit to cover the cost of repair or replacement. If the cost of repair or replacement exceeds the amount of the security deposit, Renter shall be responsible for the difference.
