Fabuluxxe is a Canadian clothing rental store based out of Toronto, Canada. Our store address is 86 Moyal Court, Unit #4, Concord, Ontario. We are located on the top floor of Aurora Nutrascience.

As women we often only get 1 or 2 wears of an outfit before we get bored. Rather than purchasing an expensive outfit and only wearing it once, at Fabuluxxe you can exchange styles based on trends, without breaking the bank.

The cost of each item(s) can be found on the item(s) listing. The listed price is for 4 or 8 day rentals. The cost does not include shipping. More details are outlined in the Rental Agreement.

The reservation fee is a security deposit which holds the item(s) for the date(s) you have chosen. The security deposit will be refunded upon the return of the item in the condition it was sent.

The security deposit will be refunded upon careful examination of the returned item(s). If the item(s) are in their original state, the refund will be issued and appear on your bank statement within 5-10 business days. (Please visit stripe.com for more information)

Fabuluxxe offers 2 rental periods: 4 day or 8 day rental period. The price for our 8 day rental period costs 30% more than the 4 day rental period price.

If the item is available, you can extend your rental period upon availability. Our extended rates are determined by which item you rent.

If an item is listed that it fits multiple sizes, that is because the material is a stretchy fabric. We are constantly expanding our inventory and sizes, however each item in our store is unique.

We understand that plans can change. If you wish to cancel and swap dresses or dates of reservation, price will be adjusted accordingly. All cancellations receive a full store credit with no expiry and can be used towards any future rental with us. Note that all rental bookings are non- refundable.

Late fees are charged at 30% off the item price, per item per day and are strictly enforced. After 3 days, at you will be charged the full retail value of the dress (in addition to your pre-paid rental fee and any accrued late fees). If are aware that you are not able to return your items on time we recommend opting for our 8 day rental period.

Besides hem tape, and removeable stitches, we do not allow alterations to any of our items without permission from Fabuluxxe. If unapproved alterations are made, the security deposit will not be refunded.

If the item appears to be damaged, you must notify Fabuluxxe immediately & fill out a 'Damage Form' with photographic evidence. If you fail to notify us prior to use you will be charged for the damage of the item(s).

It happens, we understand, and most issues can be fixed. We strongly recommend opting for our Rental Insurance which covers you for small wear and tear issues including small stains, rips, zipper issues, missing sequins, beads or buttons etc. If you do not purchase rental insurance and the item is damaged, the security deposit will not be refunded. Depending on the severity of the damage, further action may be taken. Each case is determined by Fabuluxxe.
